The Billings Symphony's annual FREE family concert is one of the most visible components of Explore Music, the Symphony's music education and community engagement program. Seating is first come, first seated and doors open a half-hour prior to each performance.

Originally commissioned by the San Francisco Symphony, "The Composer is Dead," adapts Lemony's Snicket's book to teach about the instruments of a symphony orchestra.
